We have completed the works. As part of the security upgrades we have disabled some old SSL ciphers. Your browser needs to be updated to be able to connect. The list of tested browser versions/OS versions is below:

We have commenced the work to upgrade Webmail.

Our webmail platform will be upgraded. We expect minor disruption during this time frame but because this process involves DNS updates it is possible that some users are unable to access the webmail interface for a few hours when doing that from different parts of the world (that is because some DNS servers around the world have different cache settings and take longer to update their local cache ).
Please contact support if having any issues accessing your email account via the webmail interface after this interval.
